Suppose it were possible to bottle the fun-loving, playful, and passionate approach to quintessentially Caribbean life. In that case, you will discover Carib Lager, a full-bodied golden brew that bursts to life with every pour. A rich combination of flavour and aromatics blends perfectly to create a unique balance between malt and hops, sweet and bitter. Carib Beer is the undeniable brew of the Caribbean, the world’s most exciting playground.
A great lager beer is by itself a treasure but a great beer combined with the zing of ginger, the festive and spicy sweetness of sorrel or the revitalizing kick of lime creates winning and classic combinations. This is what CARIB Brewery introduced in 1985 - an instant classic.

Jamaican Patties- An empanada style flaky pastry filled with spicy beef, veggies (vegan friendly), or curry chicken.
Pholourie- Fried split pea dough balls with turmeric served with Chef Ann's Signature Tamarind Dip. Vegan Friendly!
Sweet or Spicy Trini Doubles - A common street food from the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. It consist of two fried dough called “Bara", Curry chana (aka chickpeas or garbanzo beans). You can choose between Sweet or Spicy fully loaded! Spicy comes topped with all Chef Ann's signature chutneys spicy mango, cucumber, tamarind, Kuchela, coconut chutneys and peppersauce. Sweet comes topped with sweet mango chutney and mango sweet sauce. Vegan friendly!
Accra Saltfish Fritters- Deep-fried fritter with flaked cod fish and herbs served with Chef Ann's signature Spicy Tropical Dip.
Deep-fried Plantains- Sweet, Caramelized, and Buttery. Deep frying them produces a light crisp on the outside and sweet gooey inside.
